Job summary
Grafana Labs in the United Kingdom is seeking a Staff Field Engineer to enable strategic field engagements across the Grafana Platform. You will mentor Senior and Staff Solution Engineers, craft impactful technical training, and own live demo environments to scale customer engagements.
You will collaborate with global teams, influence product direction, and deliver workshops, demos and POV content that accelerate adoption of Grafana technologies.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of related technical experience in field engineering.
- 2+ years in a Senior Field Engineer role or equivalent.
- OSS development experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Advise on and support strategic deals with Solution Engineers and Observability Architects with minimal supervision.
- Serve as SME in Grafana Platform areas and build reference architectures.
- Craft and deliver value-based stories to help the sales team close deals.
- Own end-to-end creation of training content (workshops, guides, scripts) for product areas.
- Architect and maintain live demo/POV infrastructure at scale for demos/workshops.
- Influence product direction and surface enablement gaps during planning cycles.
- Present as an ambassador at Strategic Marketing events and webinars.
