Job summary

General Atomics Systems Integration, LLC (GA-SI) invites applications for a Field Engineer Lead in the Aero Services Division at Ft. Huachuca, Sierra Vista, AZ. You will lead installation, operation, maintenance, repair, and modification of equipment, troubleshoot issues, and determine solutions with customers and vendors.

You will coordinate training, assess needs, and act as the local company representative on site, upholding technical quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field is required.
Strong leadership and organizational abilities to plan, schedule, and coordinate workloads.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team and client interactions.
Willingness to travel as required and work extended hours when needed.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance and training to customers on operation, maintenance, and inspection procedures.
Analyze equipment failures to determine causes and corrective actions.
Advise on design changes to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and keep records.
Coordinate logistics, parts shipments, and off-site support as needed.
Represent the company on-site with customers and ensure quality standards.
