Qualifications
- Five or more years in field engineering, system installation, troubleshooting, or related field deployment work.
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware configuration, system integration, installation, and troubleshooting practices.
- Ability to work independently in the field while meeting safety, quality, and customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of complex field technology projects by completing advanced installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting tasks.
- Assist with project plans, schedules, site readiness, technical approach, and project documentation for complex or higher-risk deployments.
- Lead or support technical validation of systems, configurations, and field solutions before customer handoff.
- Troubleshoot escalated technical issues during project execution and document root cause, corrective actions, and lessons learned.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate feasibility, design needs, site risks, materials, safety requirements, and customer readiness.
- Collaborate with customers, project managers, technicians, and stakeholders to communicate technical status, issues, risks, and recommended solutions.
- Ensure project documentation, technical notes, compliance measures, and site records are complete, accurate, and shared with appropriate stakeholders.
- Follow and reinforce safety guidelines, industry standards, customer requirements, and company processes for field work.
- Stay current on relevant technologies and share field learnings that improve project quality, efficiency, and repeatability.
