Job summary

Clutch is seeking a senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join the Agents team. You will take live AI agents from sold to live at credit unions, performing integrations, configuration, live testing, and go-live support. Based in the US with frequent on-site moments, you’ll travel and influence product decisions from the field.

Expect a high-impact role in a startup-like pod, building production code weekly and shaping next-gen agent capabilities for enterprise customers in the financial sector.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering in SaaS/Fintech with senior TS/Node.js backend experience
• Experience building integrations to core banking/LOS systems is a plus
• Ability to work directly with customers and own outcomes in field

Responsibilities

• Ship production changes to live agents and explain end-to-end flows
• Own end-to-end credit union implementations including core integrations and agent config
• Run eval and tuning loops for agents and update playbooks
• Drive on-site visits and translate insights into product decisions
