Job summary

Clutch, a forward‑thinking fintech software company, is seeking a senior engineer to deploy AI agents for credit unions. You will join a small, high‑touch pod and drive live implementations from kickoff through go‑live, deep in field with clients across the US.

Expect on‑site collaboration, fast decision making, and tangible product impact. You will ship production changes, own end‑to‑end integration work, and help shape platform capabilities with the lessons learned in client engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering in SaaS/Fintech, with senior TS/Node.js backend experience.
• Experience with on-site client work and delivering end-to-end integrations.
• Ability to write production code in a monorepo and own outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Take an agent from sold to live, including discovery, integration, and tuning.
• Own technical side of one or more credit union implementations end-to-end.
• Travel to client sites as needed for kickoff, testing and go-live, approximately 20%.
• Contribute reusable capabilities back to the Agents Platform.
