Job summary

Clutch is building a portfolio of AI agents for credit unions and this role owns one agent end to end—from discovery with members and executives to first implementations and the roadmap that follows.

You will spend a large share of your time in front of customers—often on site—shaping products that don’t fully exist yet, then staying with them through the first implementations until they actually work in production.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with B2B SaaS and/or Fintech.
• Strong product judgement and customer intuition.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery for your agent: run customer sessions on site and translate insights into a sequenced roadmap.
• Ship the first version of integrations (core, LOS, CRM) designed for reuse across customers.
• Lead at least one net-new product go-live and make key decisions to unblock it.
• Collaborate with other AI PMs to decide launch partners and sequencing.
