Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in electrical engineering.
• At least 5 years of direct field experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive electrical engineering support for power distribution equipment.
• Collaborate in the design phase for both minor and major projects.
• Develop and validate protective relay programs.
• Conduct system modeling to optimize efficiency.

Skills

Commissioning electrical projects and substations up to 230kV

Power electronics and motor controls

Relay settings and programming

Experience with large motors exceeding 5,000 HP

Exceptional communication skills

Strong analytical capabilities

Understanding of electrical safety standards (NFPA 70E)

Calculating arc flash hazards (IEEE 1584)

Education
