Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in electrical engineering.
• At least 5 years of direct field experience.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical engineering support for power distribution equipment.
• Collaborate in design phase for projects.
• Develop and validate protective relay programs.
• Conduct system modeling to optimize efficiency.
• Manage factory acceptance testing for electrical apparatus.

Skills

Commissioning electrical projects and substations up to 230kV

Power electronics and motor controls knowledge

Relay settings and programming expertise

Experience with large motors exceeding 5,000 HP

Exceptional communication skills

Strong analytical capabilities

Root cause analysis familiarity

Understanding electrical safety standards

Arc flash hazard calculation knowledge

Load transfer and switching skills

Fault analysis and symmetrical components knowledge

Education
