Job summary

Boston Dynamics is seeking an operational Program Manager for Field Operations & Logistics to direct field staffing, human infrastructure, and deployment execution for our Atlas fleet across customer sites.

You will oversee recruitment pipelines, shift scheduling, travel coordination, and on-site support, partnering with TPM to align field staffing with project timelines, while traveling up to 60–70% to ensure smooth deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, business, or engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in operational program management with distributed field teams.
• Proven track record in high-volume workforce scheduling across geographies.
• Experience with project billing, job codes, and travel & expense aggregation.
• Advanced proficiency with resource management tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA, Salesforce, or FSM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations & site leadership for multiple deployments.
• Manage field staffing, travel logistics, and site assignments.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and rotation planning for FSEs, FAEs, and pilots/tele-operators.
• Lead daily standups with field teams; align with TPM for project timelines.
• Ensure on-site deployment milestones, billing, and data collection targets.
