Job summary

Boston Dynamics in Waltham, MA is seeking an operational Program Manager for Field Operations & Logistics to direct field staffing, site operations, and deployment execution across 50+ customer sites as we scale to 100+ Atlas units.

You will lead end-to-end personnel operations for FSEs, FAEs, and Pilot/Tele-operators, coordinate travel, manage schedules, and ensure on-time delivery of roadshows and customer demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, business, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of operational program management experience overseeing distributed field teams.
• Proven track record in high-volume workforce scheduling across multiple geographies.
• Experience with project billing logic, job codes, and T&E expense aggregation with Finance/RevOps.
• Advanced proficiency with Smartsheet, JIRA, Salesforce, or Field Service Management platforms.
• Experience with tele-operation teams, remote command centers, or 24/7 hardware monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and staffing for field deployments at multiple customer sites.
• Manage shift schedules, travel coordination, and labor expense monitoring.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to recruit FSEs, FAEs, and pilots and assign teams.
• Lead cross-functional standups with TPM and Field teams; align metrics and timelines.
• Ensure on-site deployments meet milestones, KPIs, and data collection targets.
