Job summary

Boston Dynamics, Inc. invites an experienced Operational Program Manager for Field Operations & Logistics to lead field staffing, human infrastructure, and deployment execution for mobile humanoid robots across 50+ sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of operational program management experience with distributed field teams across multiple sites.
• Experience in high-volume workforce scheduling, multi-site deployment, and rotation planning.
• Experience with project billing, job codes, and T&E expense aggregation with Finance/RevOps.
• Proficiency with resource management tools (Smartsheet, JIRA, Salesforce or similar).

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for field deployments and ensure proper support, assets, and resources for site setups.
• Deliver on site deployment milestones, including KPIs, facility setup, and data collection targets; escalate issues to Site PMs as needed.
• Coordinate daily scheduling, shift rotations, leave management, and 8-week site assignment logistics across roadshows.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to recruit and allocate Pilot, FSE, and FAE teams to site cohorts aligned with deployment schedules.
• Facilitate daily standups with FAEs and on-site PMs; track metrics and align staffing with TPM roadmaps.
• Manage travel logistics, site access, badging, and on-site consumables for efficient deployments.
