Job summary

Boston Dynamics is seeking a seasoned Senior Staff Project Manager to lead high-impact robotics deployment programs from Boston Dynamics’ Waltham, MA base. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and executive-level communications with customers and internal leadership.

You will guide Field Applications Engineering, coordinate with third-party vendors, and ensure compliance across commercial/industrial deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 6+ years in technical project/program management.
• Experience with robotics deployments and complex electromechanical systems.
• Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, Salesforce, MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex robotics deployment programs across customer environments.
• Interpret architectural drawings, electrical work instructions, network diagrams and specs to govern installations.
• Direct Field Applications Engineering teams, contractors, and vendors on-site ensuring safety and logistics.
• Develop strategic program templates, delivery models, and milestone tracking with Finance and BizOps.
