Recovery America is seeking serious repossession agents to join our team in a growth phase. We are adding two net-new positions to strengthen our recovery operations and enhance client service.

The role requires a minimum of two years’ wheel-lift/self-loader experience, non-entry level duties, and the ability to work independently on up to 10-hour shifts. Training on policy-compliant best practices is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have proven two years minimum wheel-lift/self-loader experience.
• Not an entry-level role; strong work ethic and character required.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must be 22 years old minimum (insurance requirement).
• Will perform 10-hour shifts and may involve high earnings potential.

Responsabilités

• Engage with clients to discuss outstanding debts and payment options via multiple channels.
• Use negotiation techniques to recover debt while preserving client relationships.
• Document all interactions accurately in the database per policy.
• Provide excellent client service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team to improve recovery rates and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain professionalism during challenging conversations and ensure confidentiality.
• Stay updated on asset recovery industry regulations and best practices.
