Job summary

All Star Recovery is seeking experienced or eager field agents to join our growing team. You will locate repossessed vehicles, secure and tow them to a storage facility, and maintain precise documentation.

The role requires self-management, strong communication with staff and partners, and compliance with safety standards. Educational requirements include a high school diploma, with preference for prior law enforcement or military background.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work outside without direct supervision.
• DOT physical card and Class D CDL can be acquired.
• Basic mechanical ability.
• Experience in tow truck operation or repossession encouraged; certification a plus.
• Must have clean driving record and pass background and drug tests.
• Able to read, write and speak English.

Job description

The Repossession Field Agent's job involves communicating with internal staff, external team members and consumer’s delinquent on a payment agreement.

You will be investigating and tracking the known locations of cars out for repossession, securing them, and towing the vehicles to the closest company storage facility. Once towed, you will be responsible for appropriate, timely and accurate documentation. No Cold Calling-ALL accounts provided by established business.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS and WORK EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Proven ability and experience working in an outside environment without direct supervision

Previous law enforcement or military a plus

Either possess or can acquire a DOT physical card and Class D commercial driver’s license

Basic mechanical ability

Previous experience working as a tow truck operation, or in the repossession industry, as a flatbed operator, self-loader or tow dolly is encouraged, Industry certification a plus

ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Basic computer skills including internet and email, own a smartphone with service

You must have a clean driving record, pass a background and drug test

Clean, presentable appearance, reliable, strong work ethic and loyal

Able to read, write and speak English with reasonable capability to be able to communicate with customers, employees, and vendors
