Job summary

All Star Recovery is seeking experienced and ambitious Field Agents to locate and recover vehicles under payment agreements. You will secure vehicles, arrange towing to company facilities, and document actions clearly.

This role emphasizes independent work, reliability, and adherence to procedures. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, a clean driving record, and the ability to obtain a DOT physical and Class D CDL.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including internet and email.
• Own a smartphone with service.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background and drug test.
• Read, write and speak English for communications with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and track known locations of vehicles out for repossession.
• Secure and tow vehicles to the nearest company storage facility.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation of repossession activities.
• Work with internal staff and external teams to coordinate accounts.
