Job summary

Entergy in Pearl, Mississippi, is seeking a Field Coordinator II-CP to support safety, quality, and compliance for capital projects within Power Delivery and Capital Projects BUs. You will oversee field crews, coordinate contractors and outages, and ensure work aligns with approved plans and company safety guidelines.

Travel 25–50% of time. Minimum 5+ years in transmission/distribution construction, strong leadership, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Identify safety hazards and mitigate risks on projects.
• Lead internal and contract crews to perform electrical and mechanical tasks.
• Plan tasks, track progress, and ensure QA/QC and as-builts.
• Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and outages with project teams.
• Monitor contractor safety and performance to meet schedules and costs.

Responsibilities

• Identify safety hazards and implement mitigation plans across projects.
• Lead internal and contract crews to perform electrical and mechanical tasks.
• Ensure timely QA/QC checks and accurate as-builts for completed work.
• Coordinate material orders, deliveries, staging, and outages with the team.
• Oversee safety and performance of contractors and company personnel.
• Provide input for formal construction plans and risk mitigations.
