Job summary

Entergy is seeking a Field Coordinator Sr in Texas to provide field leadership for capital projects within Power Delivery and Capital Projects. You will oversee construction activities, coordinate contractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across transmission, distribution, and substation projects.

The role requires extensive experience in field construction, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with little supervision while promoting a safe work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent or related work experience.
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• 5+ years of field transmission/distribution line, substation, construction experience.
• 7+ years for Sr with 3+ years supervisory experience or leading a team/workforce.

Responsibilities

• Identify safety hazards and mitigate hazards on projects; assist with development of project scopes and estimates.
• Plan and lead internal and contract crews in electrical and mechanical tasks for transmission and distribution components.
• Ensure progress aligns with schedule; perform QA/QC and complete as-builts.
• Coordinate material orders, deliveries, equipment staging and jobsite readiness; support storm restoration activities.
• Oversee safety and performance of contractors and company personnel; ensure facilities are installed and commissioned per design.
