Job summary

Entergy Beaumont is seeking a Field Coordinator, Sr-CP to provide field leadership for capital projects in Power Delivery and Capital Projects. You will oversee contractors, coordinate outages, manage safety programs, and ensure adherence to Entergy standards and timelines.

The role requires 7+ years of field transmission/distribution or substation experience and 3+ years supervisory experience, with strong knowledge of construction practices and safety.

Qualifications

• Requires safety-focused mindset and ability to enforce safety standards.
• Experience in managing capital projects and coordinating field construction activities.
• Strong communication and leadership in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and monitor field work and outages.
• Knowledge of substation/transmission construction and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify safety hazards and drive mitigation plans on projects.
• Lead internal and contract crews on electrical and mechanical tasks.
• Coordinate material orders, equipment staging and outages with project teams.
• Ensure work complies with design, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support storm restoration and emergency operations as needed.
