Job summary

Entergy is seeking a Field Coordinator, Sr-CP to support safety, quality, and compliance in capital projects within Power Delivery and Capital Projects.

This role directs contract crews, oversees energized line work, coordinates materials and outages, and partners with engineering and project teams to ensure on-time, safe project completion. Relocation and storm response are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a higher degree is preferred.
• 5+ years in transmission/distribution or project execution; Sr level 7+ years.
• Leadership experience with contract crews and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead field construction activities, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
• Coordinate material orders, outages, and equipment staging with teams.
• Monitor contractor performance and enforce approved safety practices.
• Oversee energized work plans and outage coordination within projects.
• Support storm restoration efforts and cross-functional project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans and risk mitigation.
