Job summary

Entergy is seeking a Project Manager, Sr Lead CP or Sr Staff CP to drive large capital projects across Entergy's service territory. The role emphasizes safety, cost control, schedule adherence, and cross-functional leadership within a complex utility environment.

The position requires coordination across planning, engineering, accounting, legal, and project delivery teams, with a focus on delivering robust customer solutions while managing internal approvals and reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or 4 years of equivalent work experience.
• Preferred: Advanced Degree (Masters in Engineering, Construction, Project Management).
• Experience in project management within electric utilities is desired.

Responsibilities

• Promotes safe behavior and adherence to safety rules on the project.
• Develops project scope, cost estimates, and execution durations to support interconnections.
• Maintains clear, timely project status reports and manages issues affecting performance.
• Ensures proper documentation, record retention, and high-quality handovers to Project Delivery.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external customers to optimize solutions.
