You will lead on-site teams, manage subcontractors, and coordinate with project leadership to meet client specifications.

Qualifications

• Direct and manage field operations to bring projects to completion on schedule and within budget.
• Enforce safety and quality control policies and adhere to company regulations.
• Coordinate with project team, subcontractors, and owners to align schedules and progress.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award review to receive project details for preplanning.
• Develop construction activity sequences and staffing plans with the project manager.
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specs and schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to integrate with project timelines.
• Maintain daily project diaries and report progress to the project manager.
• Ensure adherence to safety programs across all phases.
