Job summary

ARCO, a Family of Construction Companies, is seeking an experienced Superintendent with 5–25+ years of field leadership to manage all project administration from day one. You will drive safety, schedule adherence, cost control, and quality, coordinating with the project manager, engineers, and subcontractors to complete projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 5-25 years of construction experience, with at least 5 of those years as a project lead Superintendent.
• Computer skills: proficiency in using Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs.
• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver license in your state of residence.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job: standing/walking, uneven terrain, lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Attend the post-award review meeting to receive project information and details for preplanning.
• Assist in preparing a schedule of construction activities and manpower requirements.
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specifications and schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors to integrate work with schedules and progress.
• Prepare job progress and cost reports reflecting actual costs.
• Review requisitions, field purchase orders, invoices and other reports.
