Job summary

ARCO is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-schedule delivery of projects. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate logistics, and report progress to the project manager from site locations across the country. You must have 5–25 years in construction, strong leadership, and the ability to travel extensively.

Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desirable. This full-time role offers significant opportunities for growth within ARCO’s design-build

Qualifications

• 5–25 years of construction experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and project scheduling programs.
• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
• Ability to meet physical job demands (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Willingness to travel nationwide.
• Bilingual English and Spanish speaking is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage field operations to meet project specifications, schedule and budget.
• Enforce Safety and Quality Control policies across the project site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to integrate work with the project plan.
• Maintain daily diaries and report progress to the project manager.
• Prepare progress and cost reports; review requisitions and invoices.
