MYCON General Contractors, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects from contract to close-out, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget. You will supervise field operations and coordinate with owners, architects, and the project team to deliver exceptional value.

The role requires coordinating schedules, finances, and documentation, mentoring junior staff, and upholding MYCON’s quality and safety standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in construction management.
• 5 years of construction management experience.
• Advanced in Microsoft suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project schedules with the project team.
• Create a schedule of values for timely payment requests.
• Forecast and report monthly project financials to leadership.
• Negotiate buy-out incl. subcontracts and PO finalization.
• Mentor APM and Project Engineers.
• Develop and refine the MYCON Quality Control Plan and safety policy.
• Close-out and final billing within 45 days of substantial completion.
• Punch list, final billing, retainage, and close-out documents processed.
• Resolve back charges and extra requests from subs.
• Lead OAC project meetings with executive presence.
