Job summary

MYCON Corporation in College Station, TX seeks a Project Superintendent to lead subcontract labor, manage field operations, and ensure on-time, on-budget project execution. You will foster relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and suppliers while upholding MYCON safety standards.

Responsibilities include daily Procore reporting, coordinating weekly subcontractor meetings, maintaining rolling schedules, and overseeing SWPPP compliance.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of OSHA 30 Hour training certification.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Daily reports must be completed and entered into Procore by 8 AM the next day.
• Routine safety inspections and safety meetings per Safety Program.
• Plan, schedule, and chair weekly subcontractor meetings.
• Maintain a three-week rolling schedule and transmit to Project Manager and General Superintendent.
• Collect daily progress photos and upload to Procore.
• Comply with SWPPP requirements and maintain records.
• Update as-built documents weekly with trades on site.
