Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction experience with safety focus.
• Experience with drawings, specifications and submittal processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in field settings.
• Ability to coordinate across contractors, engineering and leadership.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass federal background checks for DOE Q clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field activities across assigned projects.
• Serve as primary field liaison between contractors, engineering and project leadership.
• Ensure work is performed safely, per plans and site safety requirements.
• Generate daily reports, documentation and photos for site records.
• Coordinate submittals and approvals with engineering.
• Manage site logistics and contractor access.
• Support construction needs and work off shifts as required.
