Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a senior procurement professional to develop and prepare project master purchase pro-forma documents, translating legal and commercial terms into formal procurements.

You will review Prime contracts, drive bidder pre-qualifications, negotiation plans, and bid analyses, and ensure procurement activities align with the project sourcing strategy, vendor lists, and related regulatory requirements. Strong cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to form and administer purchase orders; proficiency in all phases of procurement and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Form and administer purchase orders and communicate requirements to suppliers.
• Prepare bidder pre-qualifications, bidder lists, and bid analyses.
• Ensure compliance with project sourcing strategy and vendor lists.
• Maintain records and manage backcharges/claims.
• Attend status meetings and report procurement progress.
