Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a senior project Procurement and Supply Chain leader to manage procurement, subcontract planning, and materials management for major combined cycle projects. You will oversee acquisition, vendor risk, and delivery.

This part-time telework role requires at least three days in person weekly at Reston, VA or project site, with in-person schedules coordinated with leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Procurement, Contracts and/or Supply Chain Management.
• Preference for experience on EPC Projects with power island equipment on combined cycle power plants or other power facilities.
• Experience in developing commercial terms and conditions for high-risk or complex agreements; knowledge of prime contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead project procurement and supply chain activities from initiation through closeout.
• Develop sourcing strategies, procurement execution plans, and supplier performance measures.
• Oversee materials management, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
