Job summary

ADP is hiring a Senior Field Business Analyst to drive content development aligned with business priorities and user experience across National Account Services. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, GPT and AI teams to identify opportunities and leadership across content initiatives.

You will author and refine knowledge content, lead peers, and champion scalable solutions while managing multiple assignments in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of related experience, including at least three years in a project specialist, project analyst or project manager role.
• Proven ability to facilitate discussions and activities necessary to define and capture complex processes and procedures, analyze trends and recommend appropriate courses of action.
• Experienced project management skills; successfully able to manage multiple assignments at once.
• Superior verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency within the Microsoft 365 Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to build relationships with colleagues across departments and seniority levels.
• Self-motivated and takes initiative.
• Comfortable working independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify content development opportunities and create persona-based content that supports business priorities and delivers measurable impact
• Collaborate with GPT and AI teams to identify and advance automation opportunities that improve the speed, quality, and scalability of content development
• Author, review, and refine knowledge content to ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with business needs and user experience goals
• Serve as a subject matter resource and team lead for peers by providing content expertise, guidance, and support across content development efforts
• Partner with other content developers to drive effective content reuse strategies and improve consistency across deliverables
• Analyze content needs, development processes, and operational impacts to identify improvement opportunities and help implement scalable content solutions
