Job summary

Infor is seeking a Senior AI Business Analyst to join AI Studio, a strategic initiative transforming how solutions are built across the Infor ecosystem. This role partners with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and domain experts to translate business needs into AI-driven configurations you can deploy without coding.

You will define roadmaps, validate AI workflows, govern artifacts, and mentor junior analysts while focusing on adoption, velocity, and accuracy metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise software or SaaS.
• Strong requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI, Generative AI, LLMs, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured specifications.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and prioritize AI Studio roadmap initiatives with Product and Engineering.
• Translate ERP requirements into structured specifications for AI workflows.
• Analyze existing processes to identify AI-driven automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineers and domain experts to validate AI-driven solutions.
• Lead discovery workshops and cross-functional alignment sessions.
• Define acceptance criteria, validation frameworks, and test strategies.
• Maintain governance artifacts, process maps, and playbooks for AI Studio.
• Advocate for customer needs and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Define and monitor metrics for adoption, velocity, and solution accuracy.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in requirements management.
