ADP, Inc. is seeking an Applied AI Specialist to build practical AI solutions that improve business analytics by assembling reporting from the company’s operating systems.

The role focuses on applying AI to design, develop, test and deploy production-ready tooling that automates workflows across departments. The position is an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Business Intelligence, with governance standards and vendor decisions guiding the work.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/SE/Data Science or related field.
• Three+ years of professional software, data or automation engineering experience.
• Experience with large language model services, prompt design and tool calling.
• Experience building retrieval over a document corpus with embeddings and relevance evaluation.
• Proficiency in a general-purpose programming language used for integration work.
• Experience connecting third-party platforms via published interfaces.
• Experience with relational databases and data warehouse concepts.
• Experience with source control, automated testing and deployment in a team.
• Experience operating a language-model application in production including monitoring and incident response.

Responsabilidades

• Build tooling that assembles reporting from corporate systems for better analytics.
• Develop AI tools to create more efficient workflows within departments.
• Design, build, test and deploy agents that automate research and reporting.
• Prototype quickly, measure results, and productionize or retire as appropriate.
• Extract structured data from construction docs using vision-language models for downstream tools.
• Write and maintain integrations to connect platforms to AI services.
• Design and maintain retrieval pipelines over company documents and project data.
• Collaborate on the company data warehouse including ingestion and modeling.
• Maintain source control, environment configuration, testing and deployments.
• Build connectors to platforms using open agent protocols and managed service accounts.
• Treat the data warehouse as the primary source for all tooling queries.
