Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Sr. Field Applications Specialist to validate new chemistry/immunoassay instrument installations and support customers.

This role collaborates with Tech Support, Field Service, Sales and Customer Training teams, and covers domestic travel with potential international assignments. Based in the Dallas, TX area, the position is fully remote with up to 95% travel.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with a minimum of 3+ years in laboratory/diagnostic instrumentation or related field.
• Advanced understanding of Diagnostics or Healthcare Industry with emphasis on Laboratory Regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare validation studies on instrumentation, including setup, calibration, precision studies, and method comparisons.
• Provide onsite and remote phone support to customers for assay and QC questions and training on instrumentation.
• Provide onsite training for proper operation of instrumentation.
