Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Sr. Field Applications Specialist to validate new chemistry and immunoassay instrument installations and partner with teams to ensure readiness. The role is located in the St. Louis area and is fully remote, with up to 95% travel.

The successful candidate will train customers, support assay/QC questions, and collaborate with Tech Support, Field Service, Sales, and Training teams to meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree plus 3+ years in laboratory/diagnostic instrumentation.
• Regulatory knowledge (CAP, CLIA, COLA) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare validations on instrumentation, including setup and calibration.
• Provide onsite and remote support for assays and QC questions.
• Deliver onsite training for proper operation of instrumentation.
