Qualifications

• Associate's degree with a minimum of 3+ years in laboratory/diagnostic instrumentation or related field.
• Advanced understanding of Diagnostics or Healthcare Industry with emphasis on Regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare validation studies on instrumentation including setup, calibration, precision studies and method comparisons.
• Provide onsite and remote phone support to customers for assay and QC questions and train users on instrumentation.
• Provide onsite training for proper operation of instrumentation.
