Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Sr. Field Applications Specialist to validate new chemistry and immunoassay instrument installations and support customers.

The role involves coordinating with Tech Support, Field Service, Sales, and Training teams to ensure readiness and regulatory compliance. The position is located in the Dallas, TX area and will be fully remote, with up to 95% travel domestically (possible international).

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 3+ years in laboratory/diagnostic instrumentation or related field.
• Advanced understanding of Diagnostics or Healthcare Industry with emphasis on Laboratory Regulatory environment (CAP, CLIA, COLA).
• Ability to travel up to 95% (domestic, may include international).
• Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and to stand, walk, and climb stairs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Validate new Chemistry and Immunoassay instrument installations and meet customer requirements.
• Provide onsite and remote phone support for assay and QC questions; deliver onsite training.
• Collaborate with Tech Support, Field Service, Sales, and Customer Training teams.
