Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Sr. Field Applications Specialist to validate new chemistry and immunoassay instrument installations and support customers remotely from home. Position requires extensive travel and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities include instrument setup, calibration, and training, plus providing onsite and remote support for assay and QC questions while meeting regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 3+ years in laboratory/diagnostic instrumentation or related field.
• Advanced understanding of diagnostics or healthcare with emphasis on regulatory environment.
• Travel up to 95% (domestic and possible international) with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete validations on instrumentation, including setup, calibration, and method comparisons.
• Provide onsite and remote phone support for assay and QC questions and training.
• Provide onsite training for proper operation of instrumentation.
