Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or electrical engineering.
• 10+ years of customer support in semiconductor or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales activities and post-sales support to ensure production readiness.
• Design training materials for field training and provide training to the sales team.
• Analyze system problems in installed applications and provide technical resolutions.
