Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or EE required.
• 10+ years of customer support on semiconductor or related fields.
• Ability to interact with customers at engineering, sales, product management, procurement or C-level.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
• English fluency required; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing Menlo Micro’s products and sales/service requests with technical support.
• Analyze system problems in installed applications and provide technical resolution.
• Collaborate with sales, engineers and product managers for accurate application information.
• Prepare technical elements of proposals and define technical solution guidelines for the sales team.
• Provide training materials and field training to the sales team and customers.
• Troubleshoot applications, conduct follow-ups to identify new sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales/marketing and design teams to align product specifications with customer needs.
• Review customer drawings and BOMs to ensure proper components are used.
