Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with engineering, sales, procurement, product management, or C-level executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
• Strong teamwork and proactive, professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and sales teams with technical inquiries and proposals.
• Analyze system problems and provide resolutions.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product managers for accurate usage data.
• Prepare technical elements of proposals and solution guidelines.
• Provide field training and conduct product demonstrations.
• Coordinate training and seminars to promote company products.
• Review customer drawings and BOMs to ensure compatibility.
