Job summary

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. in San José, CA, seeks a seasoned technical specialist to be the primary contact for design-in activities with key accounts.

You will drive design wins, provide deep technical support for multiphase, high-current DC-DC products, and review customer schematics and layouts to ensure robust solutions. You will contribute to US revenue growth through hands-on lab work, direct customer engagement, and strategic insight into product positioning.

Qualifications

• BSEE or MSEE with 5+ years power management and analog systems experience.
• Hands-on experience with point-of-load DC-DC power conversion.
• Experience with multiphase, Intel and/or AMD VR requirements is preferred.
• Ability to interface directly with customers to solve problems.
• Strong analytical, independent work style and good communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Engage with key customers and secure design wins incorporating MPS products and services.
• Provide deep technical support to customers to meet or improve upon requirements with MPS products.
• Review schematics and PCB layouts for customer designs.
• Contribute to US revenue growth through technical activities.
• Develop solid technical understanding of products and solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow MPS business.
• Gather market moves and competitors’ activities for product strategy.
• Share current and emerging customer needs to improve product positioning.
