Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS) in Santa Clara, CA, seeks a Senior Field Applications Engineer to join the West Coast Sales Team. You will interface with customers, product development, and sales teams to lead technical aspects of the sales cycle.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering and 10+ years of experience in product marketing and sales support. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years experience in product marketing and sales support to produce design wins.
• Experience with modeling tools and Microsoft Office Products.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of the sales cycle.
• Provide technical marketing support for the development and implementation of Amphenol products.
• Prepare materials and participate in product presentations.
• Provide customer service to solve complex interconnect problems and technical inquiries.
• Help devise strategies to differentiate our products and solutions from competitors.
• Meet and exceed strategic objectives.
• Some travel will be required.
