Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Sr. Field Application Engineer to serve as the primary technical resource for strategic customers in the Data Center Power & Cooling market.

You will work with customer engineering teams, program managers, and TE cross-functional groups to develop design-in opportunities, accelerate adoption, and support on-site installation and service. The role requires frequent customer engagement near Columbus, OH, with willingness to travel and relocate if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in field applications, technical sales, or systems engineering.
• Experience supporting OEMs, integrators, or industrial customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main technical interface between customer teams and TE.
• Drive design-in activity for TE connectors, relays, and power solutions.
• Develop relationships with customer engineering, program management, and procurement.
• Identify new application opportunities and support roadmaps.
• Collaborate to communicate VOC and trends.
• Support NPI activities and future TE development.
