Responsibilities

• Lead deep-dive analytics projects across access and patient services.
• Build predictive models for drop-off risk, time-to-therapy, and payer impacts.
• Design experiments to establish what moves outcomes and inform decisions.
• Create scalable, self-service reporting and dashboards for leadership.
