Qualifications

• Proficiency with data-driven decision making and industry tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of a comprehensive Bayer portfolio business plan with Field Sales Representatives for assigned geography.
• Build relationships with key growers by providing agronomic insights, product placement recommendations, and value-added support.
• Deliver grower demand generation plans and support others' responsibilities to meet squad goals.
• Provide whole-farm agronomic advice through education, product selection, and timely market insights.
• Drive trials related to Bayer Portfolio with targeted growers and monitor outcomes.
• Support seasonal milestones such as crop planning, in-season needs, field scouting, and harvest monitoring.
• Collaborate with FSRs, TAs, and SeedPros on business planning and aligning growers' objectives.
• Resolve performance issues and support grower needs including PPIs and replants; make strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Connect with peers on programs to gain alignment and drive improvements; monitor account activity throughout the year.
• Manage SG&A budget and program expenditures; travel approximately 60% with significant face-to-face customer interaction.
