Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture-related discipline, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant agriculture experience in agronomy, technology, sales, or marketing.
• Experience with sales teams and remote work preferred.

• Lead development of a Bayer portfolio business plan with Field Sales Representatives for assigned geography.
• Build relationships with key growers by providing agronomic insights and placement recommendations.
• Deliver grower demand generation plans and support others' roles to meet squad goals.
• Provide whole-farm agronomic advice, stay informed on agricultural research, and drive trials.
