Bayer Crop Science is seeking a Sales Agronomist III for NW Ohio to serve as the local expert on Bayer products, technology and innovations. You will advise key growers to drive in-season success, develop a comprehensive portfolio business plan, and lead demand generation activities.

This role requires agronomic expertise, strong communication, and willingness to travel about 60% to engage with customers and support field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Bayer portfolio business plans with Field Sales Representatives for assigned geography.
• Build relationships with key growers and provide agronomic support and product placement recommendations.
• Deliver grower demand generation plans and support others' responsibilities.
• Provide whole-farm agronomic advice based on research and Bayer products.
• Drive trials and support during crop planning, season, scouting, and harvest.
