• Build relationships and provide agronomic insights, product selection, and placement.
• Drive grower demand generation plans and support team responsibilities.
• Offer whole-farm agronomic advice and stay updated on agricultural research.
• Lead trials related to Bayer Portfolio with targeted growers.
• Travel approximately 60% and support seasonal milestones (planning, scouting, harvest).
