Responsibilities

• Lead development of Bayer portfolio business plan with Field Sales Representatives.
• Build relationships with key growers through agronomic insights and product placement.
• Deliver grower demand generation plans and support team responsibilities.
• Provide whole-farm agronomic advice and stay informed on agricultural research.
• Drive trials related to Bayer Portfolio with targeted growers.
• Support seasonal milestones: crop planning, in-season needs, scouting, harvest.
• Collaborate with FSRs, TAs, and SeedPros on business planning and alignment.
• Monitor grower accounts and annual SG&A budget.
