Job summary

Cars Commerce in the United States is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead multi-product dealer partnerships across our Cars.com, Dealer Inspire, and AccuTrade platforms. This consultative sales role focuses on strategic account growth, enterprise deals, and delivering measurable dealer outcomes.

Based in the Boston, MA area, this remote-first position requires strong pipeline discipline, travel within territory, and the ability to articulate business value to C-suite and dealership

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B field sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Experience selling complex, multi-product or platform solutions.
• Comfort in a high-activity, travel-intensive field role calling on senior dealership leadership.
• Proven consultative sales process: discovery, needs analysis, solution design, business case, close.
• Familiarity with a named sales methodology and Salesforce discipline.

Responsibilities

• Sell across Cars Commerce products with a focus on multi-solution proposals.
• Develop and execute account plans to maximize dealer penetration and revenue.
• Stay current on automotive retail trends and act as a trusted advisor.
• Maintain pipeline, forecasting, and activity data in Salesforce with disciplined updates.
