Job summary

FAMU National Alumni Association is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive the engineering strategy and end-to-end delivery for FICC Credit Electronic Trading. You will shape architecture, build shared services, and oversee market connectivity with a focus on robust microservices and CI/CD practices.

The role requires deep expertise in Java, Spring, FIX trading, and knowledge of Credit or Rates eTrading workflows, along with strong leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Requires extensive experience as a Lead Software Engineer building eTrading solutions.
• Proficient in Java, Spring, and FIX trading.
• Knowledge of Credit or Rates eTrading workflows and modern microservices/CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering approach and end-to-end delivery of complex features for eTrading.
